Team members have the unique opportunity to explore diverse business lines, gaining hands-on experience in various facets of finance, including accounting, audit and supply chain management.

Responsibilities:

Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain weekly and monthly forecasting models for key operational and financial metrics, including KPI scorecards

* Develop and maintain annual budget models and driver-based financial and operational models to support forward-looking business decisions

* Review financial performance of internal and external service providers and provide insights and recommendations to leadership

* Provide analytical support to executives on strategic decisions including cost savings, pricing, capital expenditures, and real estate planning

* Translate complex financial data into clear insights for business leaders and maintain regular collaboration with business unit teams

* Identify opportunities to automate workflows and partner with Corporate Finance and Accounting to improve processes and organizational alignment

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

* Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or MS-Finance is strongly preferred to support strategic storytelling goals
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite; experience with enterprise systems (Hyperion, OneStream) and Power BI is preferred

* High level of autonomy in managing deliverables and project details; must show up prepared and take full responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of work products; this includes displaying initiative to challenge current processes to improve efficiency and quality of deliverables to our internal customers
* Excellent presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to tailor communication style and complexity to different audiences, from analysts to executives
* Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels and effectively influence decisions without direct authority
* Ability to maintain a positive attitude and sustain consistent effort even when faced with high-pressure deadlines or incomplete information
