Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze and interpret financial results, identify key performance drivers, and deliver clear insights and recommendations to executive leadership
* Lead enterprise monthly and quarterly financial reporting; partner directly with Finance leadership and the CFO to communicate consolidated performance and outlook
* Develop and support executive-level presentations for senior leadership and the Board of Directors, translating complex data into strategic narratives
* Serve as the primary point of contact for consolidated financial inquiries, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment across stakeholders
* Lead the annual enterprise budgeting and consolidation process, partnering cross-functionally to align financial targets with company objectives
* Design and manage financial models and ad hoc analyses to track performance, identify trends, support forecasting, and drive data-informed decision-making while collaborating closely with Accounting during month-, quarter-, and year-end close
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
* Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
* MBA or MS-Finance is a plus but not required
* 1-3 years prior work experience in related field preferred, but not required
Skills and Qualifications:
* Positive, proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial reporting systems (e.g., Hyperion or OneStream) preferred, along with working knowledge of Google Sheets and Slides
* Strong understanding of core Accounting and Finance principles, including financial statements and reporting processes
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to define issues, gather and interpret data, draw sound conclusions, and maintain high attention to detail
* Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, executive-ready presentations
* Highly organized team player who builds strong cross-functional relationships, thrives in fast-paced environments, and continuously seeks opportunities to improve processes and deliverables
