The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be able to work with large volume of data to analyze expenses and oversee a junior accountant Responsibilities: * Perform expense variance analysis using large volume of data * Prepare GL accounts reconciliation * Responsible for month end closing and prepare necessary journal entries * Prepare monthly & quarterly financial reporting * Review monthly sales tax filing * Prepare EHF / recycling program and related filing * Assist Jr. accountant in AP related problem solving * Manage AP vendor master and administer AP payment program * Assist in financial and coordinate annual sales tax review Qualifications: * CPA/CGA/CMA Designation * Min. 3 years of related experience in accounting and financial analysis at a senior level * Must be analytical using large volume of data * Strong working knowledge in sales tax and experience in sales tax audit * Good computer skills including advanced Excel and working knowledge of SAP * Strong analytical and problem solving skills * Detail oriented and self starter * Ability to work independently and as well as part of a team * Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
