Responsibilities:

The Manager of Retail Wireless Finance leads the finance team dedicated to supporting the Retail Wireless Leadership Team by providing strategic decision support and comprehensive financial planning across the Retail Wireless Business Unit. Reporting directly to Finance leadership, this role is pivotal in influencing financial and operational decisions, driving profitable growth, and ensuring fiscal accountability within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and mentor a team of Financial Analysts, guiding their efforts in strategic financial planning, budgeting and forecasting across Retail Wireless
* Oversee the development of comprehensive financial models and forecasts, utilizing detailed bottoms-up approaches to accurately project revenue, expenses, and profitability
* Manage evaluation process for customer-facing initiatives, assessing financial risks and profitability implications, while providing actionable insights and recommendations
* Serving as a primary liaison with cross-functional departments such as operations, marketing, and customer experience ensuring financial insights effectively inform business decisions
* Develop and present executive-level financial reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs), highlight opportunities, and identify areas requiring attention
* Facilitate monthly and quarterly financial reviews with senior leadership, providing clear interpretation of financial results and actionable strategic recommendations
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement, proactively identify opportunities to enhance financial performance, operational efficiency and customer profitability 
* Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with corporate finance standards

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or advance degree preferred
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant finance experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity

* Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems through analytical thinking, rigorous data analysis, and strategic planning
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities
* Strong leadership and teamwork abilities, with proven success in developing high-performing teams and fostering a collaborative environment
* Highly organized and results driven, demonstrating proactivity, flexibility, and a strong sense of urgency in financial management and decision-making
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of distilling complex financial analyses into clear, concise insights suitable for senior executives
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
