Overview: Our investment in the future needs those with an eye on the bottom line, and our Financial organization plays a vital role in supporting our game-changing ideas with creative solutions to complex problems. Team members have the unique opportunity to explore diverse business lines, gaining hands-on experience in various facets of finance, including accounting, audit and supply chain management. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: * Leadership and development of financial analysts, with accountability to drive team results and meet responsibilities * Presentation of results, analysis, recommendations to executive leadership * Develop and maintain annual budget model for business lines within the greater IHS organization, and develop complex financial and operational models to guide strategic decision-making * Review financial performance of internal and external service providers; provide recommendations and support to corporate executives; perform ad-hoc analyses related to pricing decisions, cost-savings opportunities, capital expenditures, real estate development, and other corporate initiatives * Build and maintain weekly and monthly forecasting models for key operational and financial performance metrics, including weekly and monthly KPI scorecards Qualifications: Education and Experience: * Master's degree (MS or MBA) in Finance with two plus years of relevant experience; Bachelor's degree in Finance and five plus years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience with demonstrated high performance Skills and Qualifications: * Strong leadership ability and high energy to achieve goals and meet deadlines * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint with some knowledge of database basics and ERP systems helpful (e.g. Microsoft Access, SQL, Oracle, Essbase/Hyperion, etc.) * Ability to work in a fast paced, high throughput environment * Excellent teamwork skills with ability to establish productive working relationships with other departments and personnel * Well-developed oral and written presentation skills, with the ability to summarize complex concepts into understandable and easy-to-follow presentation materials * Ability to work with mathematical concepts (statistics, probabilities, algebraic expressions, etc.) and ROI calculations (such as NPV, IRR), with an understanding of basic accounting principles Visa sponsorship not available for this role Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person on-site interview.
