Overview: Location: Hybrid - Meadville, PA Job Type: Full Time / Permanent Work Authorization: No C2C or Sponsorship The A.C. Coy company has an immediate opening for a Senior FP&A Analyst. Ideal candidates will posses a strong FP&A background with experience using a cash management forecasting model. Responsibilities: * Manage budgeting and forecasting process including aligning strategic objectives to operation plans * Perform budget versus actual analysis with variance identification * Manage and maintain a cash flow model * Create financial reports including performance metrics and compliance documents and present to Management and Stakeholders * Create and analyze profitability reports to support pricing and product strategies * Identify operational deficiencies and provide recommendations for cost reduction methods Qualifications: Education Required * Bachelors degree in accounting or related field * Masters degree or CPA preferred Experience Required * 4+ years of FP&A experience including using a cash management forecasting tool * Strong problem-solving skills with experience interpreting complex financial data and providing recommendations * Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and vLookups * Experience presenting and making recommendations to management * Prior experience in a manufacturing or retail environment is a plus Physical Requirements * Ability to lift 25 pounds * Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
