* Serve as the technical lead on Boomi engagements, ensuring solutions align with best practices for scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
* Develop and enforce integration standards, patterns, and documentation, including unit testing strategies and deployment approaches.
* Lead and oversee unit testing, peer reviews, and quality assurance activities to ensure high-quality, production-ready integrations.
* Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical oversight to Engineer I and Engineer II team members on Boomi development and integration best practices.

* Collaborate with Master Consultants and business development teams during pre-sales activities, including solution design, scope development, and technical input for proposals.
* Support integration across a variety of enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, HCM, and industry platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, ADP, Procore).
* Participate in research, development, and continuous improvement initiatives to advance integration capabilities, tooling, and delivery methodologies.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* 4+ years of professional experience in software engineering or integration development, including hands-on experience with Boomi or similar iPaaS platforms.
* Strong understanding of enterprise integration concepts, including APIs, data transformation, workflow orchestration, and hybrid (cloud/on-premise) environments.
* Experience working in a client-facing, professional services environment.
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

* Boomi Professional or Architect certification.
* Experience with additional iPaaS or integration technologies (e.g., Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft, Workato, Celigo).
* Experience supporting pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical sales efforts.
* Familiarity with integration security standards, compliance considerations, and API management strategies.
* Experience integrating enterprise applications across multiple industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, finance, or construction.

Skills & Abilities

* Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work under pressure while meeting budget and delivery timelines.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on designing scalable integration solutions.
* Ability to lead technical teams and coach junior engineers while remaining hands-on with complex work.
* Ability to support sales, marketing, and cross-selling initiatives through technical expertise, presentations, and thought leadership contributions.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and integration design/documentation tools.
* Results-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable with strong learning agility.
