Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Implement and manage enterprise-wide document management systems ensuring compliance with cybersecurity policies and USCYBERCOM operational standards.
* Develop and enforce document control policies and procedures to manage classified and unclassified materials securely.
* Maintain electronic and physical document repositories, ensuring accessibility and security across the organization.
* Support knowledge management (KM) initiatives by maintaining document storage and retrieval structures to optimize information sharing.
* Ensure compliance with DoD Records Management policies and directives, aligning document retention schedules with federal and defense regulations.
* Collaborate with cybersecurity and IT teams to safeguard document systems against unauthorized access or data breaches.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage document workflows, version control, and approvals.
* Assist in staff training and documentation policy enforcement to promote best practices in document security and information handling.
* Provide reporting and auditing of document access and modifications to ensure accountability and compliance.
* Support organizational knowledge transfer by archiving, updating, and curating essential documents for ongoing reference.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Experience:
* Minimum 8 years of related experience in document management, knowledge management, or records administration
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and enterprise document management systems
* Strong knowledge of DoD, NIST, and federal records management policies
* Experience with classification, declassification, and controlled document handling
* Attention to detail, ability to adapt to changing priorities, and strong organizational skills
* Strong interpersonal and written communication skills to interact with leadership, security, and IT teams

* Certifications:
* DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAM Level II (one of the following)
* CAP
* CASP+ CE
* CISM
* CISSP (or Associate)
* CCISO
* GSLC
* HCISPP

* Education:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree)

* Clearance:
* Must Possess a TS/SCI with CI Polygraph

* Work schedule: Schedule is day shift Monday - Friday. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.

WAGE INFORMATION

Target salary range: $93,000 - $100,000 yearly.  The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements.  The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
