Overview:
We are looking for a senior leader to drive growth and lead changes across our SMB and mid-market business. This role will shape how we go to the market, improve commercial strategy, and connect teams across the business. A key focus will be scaling where our connected devices, platform capabilities, and data services come together to create value for SMB customers. This leader must think broadly and act decisively, comfortable designing long-term strategy while also leading day-to-day execution. Experience working with platforms, partner ecosystems, and data-driven offerings is essential. This is a high-impact role for someone who can deliver now and help shape the future of the business, with potential to take on larger leadership roles over time.
*Ideal candidate will work a hybrid schedule (3 x min in office) in our Holtsville, NY office. No relocation offered.
Any remote considered candidate will be required to move to Holtsville, NY area within year 1 of employment.*
Responsibilities:
* Lead global go-to-market transformation for SMB/mid-market across 5+ business units, delivering scalable revenue growth and margin expansion.
* Architect and operationalize integrated commercial strategies by aligning BU roadmaps, product portfolios, and channel dynamics.
* Optimize global multi-tier distribution including BTR, VAR, e-commerce, and regional partner models for speed and efficiency.
* Design and institutionalize transformation frameworks that can scale across business units and regions.
* Build commercial capabilities across people, process, and platforms to support high-velocity execution and performance management.
* Serve as executive leader of cross-functional transformation programs, driving clear value creation, milestone accountability, and stakeholder alignment.
* Establish governance mechanisms to drive accountability across regional, functional, and business unit leaders.
* Act as a strategic advisor to the SVP and BU leaders, with the capacity to assume P&L leadership in critical moments or transition phases.
* Cultivate a culture of ownership, adaptability, and continuous improvement across transformation and commercial teams.
* Represent the transformation office in executive forums, providing enterprise-level perspective on growth, risk, and cross-BU alignment.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 20+ years of progressive experience with a strong knowledge of systems and cross functional processes ideally experience driving transformation, go-to market strategies, Regional Sales, BU experience, and B2B Industry experience.
* 50% Travel required for role
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in related discipline
* Demonstrated expertise in improvement practices such as Business Process Reengineering, Process Mapping, Six Sigma and Lean
* Experience growing transactional business.
* Experience with Channel based business and building ecommerce capabilities.
* Success with hardware/ software offerings.
* Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills
* Experience with major ERP applications and implementations
* Comfortable with rapid pace and ambiguity.
* Strong consensus building and conflict management skills.
* Ability to work independently and with a cross functional team(s) including sales and marketing
* Strong leadership skills and desire to take on additional responsibility in the future
