Job Summary: Stratus is seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital demand generation efforts and enhance our online presence across key platforms. This role will be pivotal in executing sophisticated email marketing programs, optimizing our websites, managing digital ad campaigns, and integrating marketing technologies to improve lead generation, attribution, and conversion. The ideal candidate is a HubSpot power user, analytically minded, and fluent in Salesforce data integration.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

Email Marketing & Marketing Automation (35%)

* Strategically design and execute B2B email campaigns focused on lead nurturing, whitespace development, and prospect engagement.
* Build and manage workflows, segments, and email modules in HubSpot.
* Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, send times, and email design.
* Track campaign effectiveness and build custom dashboards in HubSpot to report CTR, open rate, engagement, and lead score performance.
* Troubleshoot email deliverability issues, bounce rates, and spam complaints.
* Oversee integration and data hygiene between HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring proper lead flow and tracking.
* Act as a HubSpot admin, managing properties, field mapping, and workflows to support marketing strategy.
* Brainstorm ideas for new B2B campaigns that generate wallet share/expanded business and new logos.

Website Management, SEO & Content Execution (25%)

* Maintain and update websites using WordPress and Wix.
* Ensure all digital content aligns with SEO best practices; conduct audits and optimizations using SEMrush.
* Perform basic graphic design updates as needed (preferred, not required).
* Monitor site analytics and UX performance to continuously optimize for conversions and lead capture.
* Implement and support monthly refreshes of industry-specific website content and internal linking strategies.
* Own vendor relationships 

Digital Advertising & Campaign Strategy (25%)

* Plan and execute targeted paid campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn.
* Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console to analyze traffic behavior, improve performance, and optimize paid campaigns.
* Create remarketing and retargeting strategies to reinforce brand messaging post-tradeshow and through the buyer journey.
* Design and optimize multi-channel ad strategies by vertical and segment.
* Monitor performance to ensure campaign goals (traffic, MQLs, CTR) are met or exceeded.
* Researching and signing contracts for publication advertising - owning 3rd party vendor relationships. 

Lead Generation, Martech, and Reporting (15%)

* Support lead scoring, MQL/SQL qualification, and campaign attribution models.
* Collaborate with sales ops to refine and automate lead tracking processes.
* Analyze marketing channel performance to optimize spend and influence revenue goals.
* Use data visualization tools (HubSpot dashboards, Excel, Looker Studio) to report findings to stakeholders.
* Stay current with martech innovations, API integrations, and evolving best practices to keep the digital engine modern and effective.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

* 10+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
* Proven HubSpot expertise including campaign builds, workflow automation, dashboarding, and Salesforce integration.
* Strong grasp of email marketing strategy, data segmentation, and performance metrics.
* Deep knowledge of digital advertising platforms, especially Google Ads and LinkedIn.
* Proficient in SEO, SEMrush, website CMS (WordPress/Wix), and Google Analytics Suite.
* Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and how marketing data flows into CRM environments.
* Highly analytical mindset with strong dashboard, reporting, and troubleshooting skills.
* Excellent written communication, project management, and organizational skills.
* A collaborative team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

* HubSpot certification (Email Marketing, Marketing Hub, or Admin)
* LinkedIn Ads Certification
* Basic HTML/CSS and design knowledge (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
* Experience working across cross-functional teams including sales ops, designers, and content marketers
* Hands on, can work autonomously with little direction
