Overview: Our Wireless Technology team is pioneering the future of connectivity. We're developing and enhancing a unique hybrid network model-combining our advanced, cloud-native 5G core with the nationwide reach of our partners. This approach ensures our network is flexible and powerful, designed to satisfy the social, economic, and transformative needs of the changing world. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: * Lead device certification and launch efforts across smartphones, tablets, wearables, and other products, including test planning, execution, and lab entry reviews * Develop and manage test plans, test cases, and accounts for new features, products, and services, ensuring readiness for certification and launch * Coordinate cross-functional testing activities, including first article inspections and stakeholder reviews, while continuously improving test processes and tools * Communicate test progress, issues, and KPIs through dashboards and reports; drive root cause analysis and resolutions for launched devices * Maintain strong OEM and internal partnerships, supporting supply chain planning, product strategies, and simplifying the device certification process * Collaborate on strategic initiatives, translating high-level goals into actionable plans and aligning with engineering, product, and marketing stakeholders Qualifications: Education and Experience: * 5+ years of device testing experience * 5+ years of test plan creation/architecting * 3+ years of planning test activities, either as a project manager or a team lead * Experience/expertise with cellular network technologies(5G SA, 5G NSA, 4G LTE, VoNR, VoLTE, Wi-Fi Calling, Regulatory features) * Experience with dashboarding tools/apps(Tableau, Elastic etc) Skills and Qualifications: * Expert problem solving skills using device log analysis, data analytics * Strong passion for mobile products, the marketplace and underlying technologies along with strong leadership, communication and cross-functional team building skills are foundational to the success of this role * Previous experience launching mobile devices and working closely with device manufacturers is critical * Deep understanding of industry best practices in product development process specific to the telecommunications space and translate appropriate steps for unique organization and market position * Preferred experience with BSS/OSS, TS.43 and other backend server related requirements, working knowledge in troubleshooting issues pertaining to these entities Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session.
