				Overview:

The Developer is responsible for the overall performance of the product by applying principles of software engineering to the design, development, maintenance, testing, and evaluation of software. This role ensures the timely delivery of high-quality software within release timelines and guidelines.
Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.
* Develop complex code based on functional specifications; complete logic and algorithm design in alignment with established standards.
* Translate and analyze software requirements into design specifications and ensure adherence to requirements.
* Perform complex peer code reviews and analysis; provide insight on the broader impact of software changes.
* Create and apply automated tests and test principles to software changes, including unit tests, to ensure code meets technical specifications before submission to code review.
* Influence and lead on standards and processes of team events, including planning, work estimation, solution demos, reviews, and implementation design discussions.
* Mentor, coach, train, and provide feedback to other team members, contributing to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Role Essentials
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with significant experience in one or more general-purpose programming languages including Python and Java.
* Experience with IaC (Terraform, CDK), AWS platforms, and working in Windows/Linux development environments using open-source tools and platforms.
* Demonstrated experience with build environments, delivery pipelines, test automation, and continuous integration tools.
* Strong oral and written communication skills with a professional demeanor, along with strong collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion with minimal oversight, working both independently and within a team environment.

Pay Transparency
Starting Base Salary Range: 15,000 - 23,500 PLN gross per month. The posted pay range represents the company's good faith estimate for this role. Actual compensation may differ based on relevant experience, skills, education, and work location. The remuneration includes all components related to the role, such as:

* Base Salary
* Performance-related/Commission bonus eligibility (if applicable to role)
