Responsibilities:
As the Senior Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain by forecasting customer demand and aligning it with production and inventory strategies.
Key Responsbilitities:
In this role, you will:
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to gather inputs and reach consensus on demand forecasts.
* Apply advanced statistical models to generate demand forecasts, considering market trends and seasonality.
* Identify changes in demand due to pricing, promotional activities, and competitor pricing.
* Segment products based on demand variability and suggest appropriate forecasting methods.
* Synchronize inventory levels with projected demand, optimizing carrying costs and service levels.
* Coordinate with supply planning and procurement to harmonize demand and supply activities.

Qualifications:
As a successful Senior Demand Planner, you will have:
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree preferred, with 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Proficiency in statistical analysis, demand forecasting techniques, and demand planning systems.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
* Knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and production planning.
* Experience with demand planning software, ERP systems, and APICS CPIM or other relevant certifications.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to company core values and in-office presence in Denver.
