Responsibilities: Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session. Key Responsibilities: * Develop Data Solutions: Analyze, Design and build applications and data pipelines using AWS, Databricks, Redshift, and Snowflake * ETL/ELT Development: Define standards and procedures for, and design data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT) processes for both batch and real-time data * Database Management: Design DataLakes and Data Warehouses, and work with databases like Oracle and SQL Server * SQL Expertise: Write advanced SQL queries, including performance tuning, to support data analysis and application needs * Troubleshooting & Support: Evaluate and resolve production issues and provide daily technical support to team members and collaborate with offshore team as required * Full-Cycle Development: Handle the entire software development lifecycle for data warehouse applications, from requirements analysis to implementation, testing, and debugging * System Integration: Integrate, enhance, and fine-tune Enterprise Data Warehouses to consolidate data from various sources Qualifications: Education and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT is required; Master's degree is preferred * 4+ years of experience in Data Warehouse, Big Data or Data Management environments * Experience with AWS Cloud services or similar * Experience in reporting tools like Orbit or Tableau Skills and Qualifications: * Experienced in SQL, Python, and Linux/Unix shell scripting * Understanding of RDBMS and modern Data Management concepts * Skilled in analyzing data to meet business goals and resolve complex IT issues * Excellent communication, problem solving & documentation skills * Familiarity with orchestration tools like Control-M and Databricks * Perform duties independently and collaboratively in Agile framework * Preferred to have domain knowledge on Telecommunication or Financial systems Visa sponsorship not available for this role
