Overview: Our Retail Wireless team, serving our Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile brands, is redefining consumer expectations through new platforms, new business models and new ways of thinking. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: * Responsible for the development and execution of retail merchandising tactics across all retail channels; Indirect dealer channel and all National Retail outlets * Support Boost Mobile by ensuring all merchandising tactics are created & distributed to retail to support product and promotional campaigns * Ensure the communications to the field and cross-departmentally are effective for the best execution in stores * Support in planning merchandising directives; execute tactically by managing the creative, print production, and distribution process * Successfully manage the creative, print production, and distribution process of retail merchandising tactics * Recommend tactics, materials, vehicles, or production methods * Effectively manage a considerable number of projects at one time Qualifications: Education and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in liberal arts preferred * Minimum 4 years Channel Marketing or Marketing Communication experience or similar role * Project management experience highly desired Skills and Qualifications: * Subject matter expert in the concept & ideation of field merchandising tactics * Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with challenging timelines and multiple projects running simultaneously * Collaborator who works well with other internal departments (i.e. Brand, Creative, Sales Operations, Product Management, Legal) * Ability to take initiative and make suggestions to improve processes & reduce costs * Skilled in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project. Knowledge of Google Suite and Gmail * Knowledge of 3D Merchandising platform(s) preferred Visa sponsorship not available for this role
