Responsibilities:

* Manage multiple projects or programs simultaneously,
* Maintain and update project plans, risk registers, and action item logs.
* Schedule, facilitate, and document key meetings; prepare and distribute weekly status reports.
* Coordinate client and vendor resources and assist with project budget reconciliation.
* Adopt and enhance company tools, processes, and templates while driving continuous improvement.
* Apply knowledge of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) framework, and project management methodologies.
* Proactively identify and mitigate risks; triage issues related to resource capacity and capability.
* Travel occasionally (10%)
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree required.
* 3-5 years of experience in project management.
* Experience in managing projects across multiple business functions and disciplines.
* PMP certification a plus.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
