Responsibilities:
As a Senior Compensation Analyst you will be responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, and administration of competitive, compliant, and cost-effective compensation programs that align with the organization's business strategy. In this role you will conduct compensation surveys, execute market pricing, and help establish salary ranges and wage rates for all positions. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal wage and hour laws and oversee compensation program administration.
This position offers a remote schedule with some occasional travel for meetings/conferences.
What You'll Do:
* Support HR teams in implementing and managing compensation programs that attract, retain, and engage talent.
* Execute the market pricing process, ensuring control points for positions remain competitive within relevant markets. Participate in compensation surveys and analyze results to determine best market matches, developing recommendations accordingly.
* Administer the annual salary review and increase processes.
* Contribute to collective bargaining preparation by researching competitive wage data for union positions and analyzing the cost impact of various proposals.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal wage and hour laws, including job classification under FLSA, and maintain accurate records across all relevant systems.
Qualifications:
Required:
* Bachelor's degree
* 5 years of compensation-related experience
* Demonstrated knowledge of relevant federal and state government regulations
* Strong project management skills and experience managing compensation or HR-related projects
Preferred:
* Master's degree in a related field
* Professional compensation certification (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional - CCP)
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience measuring and analyzing compensation-related metrics

The annual salary range for this role is $100,000- $150,000. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
