Overview: As a Senior Clinical System Lead you will be joining the world's largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence. We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Data Ingestion & Management Specialist to drive the participant data journey from source identification to ingestion, harmonization, and integration into our clinical data ecosystem. This role bridges technical and clinical teams, providing guidance on data ingestion strategies, vendor capabilities, and ensuring data quality and compliance throughout the study lifecycle. Responsibilities: What you will be doing: * Map and manage the clinical data journey by identifying data sources, defining transport methods, and creating end-to-end study data flow diagrams. * Lead technical aspects of data ingestion, reconciliation, and integration, particularly for non-standard and external data sources. * Perform study-level data risk assessments to ensure data relevance, integrity, and to guide study teams on mitigation strategies. * Collaborate with CROs, vendors, and internal stakeholders to define participant data requirements, technical specifications, and support digital health/eSource initiatives. * Contribute to internal initiatives focused on automation, digital protocols, data governance, and continuous process improvement across the data lifecycle Qualifications: You are: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field (advanced degree a plus). * Minimum 4 years of experience in clinical data management and acquisition (7+ years preferred), ideally in the BioPharma sector. * Strong knowledge of clinical data sets, including EDC, non-CRF data, digital health technologies, and basic research data. * Proven experience with modern data platforms such as Big Data, Lakehouse architectures, and data integration tools. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex and diverse datasets.
