Our Billing & Credit team works behind the scenes, dedicated to ensuring a seamless experience for millions of customers across all our brands while efficiently addressing any billing concerns. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the go-to expert for Billing & Credit reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data * Design, build, and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports to support business decisions * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into reporting solutions * Identify trends and key metrics to guide leadership in enhancing operational performance * Continuously improve reporting processes and templates for scalability and efficiency * Provide data-backed recommendations that support goals and team initiatives Qualifications: Education and Experience: * Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics, with at least five years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience * Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools * Experience creating executive-level presentations and business decks Skills and Qualifications: * Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting, visualization, and performance tracking * Ability to interpret complex data and present clear, actionable insights * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment Visa sponsorship not available for this role Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person on-site interview.
