Senior Business Analyst

				Overview:

The Principal Business Analyst is a trusted advisor and senior individual contributor responsible for supporting projects within Revenue Operations. You will be a trusted advisor and partner with Sales, Marketing, Partner, and Finance leaders to create scalable solutions that modernize GTM systems, driving scalable transformation solutions across GTM processes.. The principal business analyst will mentor peers, guide cross-team collaboration, and deliver business insights and execution support. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Program Management, Revenue Operations.

Responsibilities:

* You will lead documentation and analysis of GTM processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
* You will design and facilitate future-state process workshops that align with business and project priorities.
* You will partner with senior team members to gather requirements and validate business needs.
* You will direct large-scale, projects, ensuring successful translation of our needs into technical/system solutions.
* You will conduct advanced data analysis and synthesis, distilling complex business and technical inputs into clear insights that shape strategy.
* You will develop frameworks for data storytelling and process benchmarking to support executive agreement.
* You will promote continuous improvement, change management, and adoption of new tools and workflows.
* You will apply understanding of AI and latest technologies to design, improve, and scale GTM processes

Qualifications:

* 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, GTM Operations, or Consulting roles.
* Expertise leading process transformation or large-scale system implementations.
* Analytical with the ability to simplify complexity into clear, actionable insights.
* Excellent collaboration skills, including experience engaging executive-level team members.
* Proficiency with CRM, CPQ, data visualization, and project management tools.
* Advanced experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT), business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI), and SQL for data analysis and decision support.
