				Overview:

This is a hybrid role - 2 days remote and 3 days in the Malvern, PA office. 

The Senior Designer leads the development and production of internal and external design assets that support over 1500 stores and digital initiatives. This role blends high-impact creative leadership with operational excellence, enabling scalable content creation through centralized systems and Al-powered tools.

Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

Creative Strategy 

* Translate marketing needs into compelling visual assets that elevate brand and solution storytelling across multiple channels. Elevate creative practice with best practices.
* Workflow Management - leverage Asana to track all projects from concept through completion.
* Oversee high-volume production of collateral, and other standardized materials.
* Implement systems and workflows that produce content efficiently and consistently.
* Vendor Oversight - Manage external partners and vendors to ensure quality, speed, and brand alignment.

Al & Technology Enablement

* Harness Al tools and automation to streamline asset creation, improve speed-to-market, and reduce manual effort. Champion innovation in creative operations. Implement modular content strategy for syndicating content into collateral. Develop and execute creative campaigns across social, audio, video and print channels, ensuring the direction is on brand, culturally relevant, strengthens brand equity and drives reservations/rentals.
* Translate company-wide seasonal direction into compelling visual narratives that support CubeSmart priorities and resonate with our customer.
* Ensure consistency across channels and markets
* Stay ahead of cultural and creative trends, translating insights into actionable concepts that keep CubeSmart at the forefront of the storage Industry.
* Be a thought partner to the Director, Brand Creative and think outside the box
* Partner with marketing teams to align creative output with business goals and customer needs.
This role operates across diverse business units and customer segments. It requires strong decision-making skills, balancing creative vision with operational efficiency. The Senior Designer must navigate industry-specific nuances and collaborate across functions to deliver consistent, high-quality marketing assets at scale.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, multimedia production, or related field is required.
* 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in creative and design roles. Ideally within large organizations or agencies serving internal and external clients.
* Experience in driving brand and solution storytelling across multiple media formats.
* Overseeing high-volume production of marketing collateral.
* Implementing Al-powered creative systems or automation tools to scale content creation.
* Navigating multi-brand environments and aligning creative output with diverse business units.
* Creative Leadership & Brand Stewardship.
* Deep understanding of brand strategy, visual identity systems, and storytelling across diverse customer segments and media formats.
* Content Production & Workflow Optimization.
* Expertise in managing high-volume asset production, including technical documentation.
