Responsibilities:
We are seeking a high-performing Senior Associate Consultant to support our leadership, digital, and organizational transformation consulting engagements. This role will work closely with senior leaders and partners to deliver high-impact client work focused on executive advisory, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and enterprise change. Ideal candidates are strong consultants who can manage day-to-day delivery, synthesize insights, create executive-level materials, and help guide client teams through complex, high-stakes transformations.
Core Responsibilities
* Support design and delivery of leadership advisory and transformation consulting engagements
* Conduct and synthesize stakeholder interviews
* Draft high-quality executive deliverables (e.g., leadership briefs, strategy decks, transformation roadmaps)
* Develop and maintain dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to track talent or organizational metrics
* Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) to accelerate content development, research, and analysis
* Track and manage project progress, including scheduling, deliverables, and team coordination
* Support creation of C-suite and board-level materials and communication frameworks
Compensation and Benefits
Our firm offers competitive base compensation, benefits package, and a discretionary employee bonus program for eligible employees based on individual and firm performance metrics per the defined program guidelines. For individuals hired to work in San Francisco, the expected salary range for this role is $120,250 to $150,000; the actual salary offer can vary based upon employee qualifications.

We offer paid time off, beginning at 160 hours annually and provides twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Compensation: In addition to competitive base compensation, our firm offers annual discretionary bonuses based on firm and individual performance and other forms of discretionary compensation that would be offered to the hired applicant in addition to their established salary range scale.
Qualifications:
Consulting & Executive Delivery
* 3-5 years of experience in consulting, organizational development, or leadership advisory
* Strong communication skills and experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders
* Ability to manage ambiguity and work in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
* Understanding of enterprise change models and transformation strategy
Analytics, Visualization & Tools
* Fluent in Excel and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides)
* Experience building or supporting dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
* Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity for idea generation and synthesis
Synthesis & Writing
* Exceptional ability to turn data and interviews into insight-rich narratives
* Comfort writing strategy documents, frameworks, and briefing notes for senior audiences
* Strong slide design and executive storytelling skills
Team Collaboration
* Experience working alongside partners or senior leaders
* Self-starter who is organized, proactive, and collaborative
* Able to support multiple workstreams while managing deadlines and quality
Nice to Have
* Experience with leadership development, succession planning, or organizational design
* Experience in digital transformation or technology-enabled change programs
