Responsibilities: * Responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting the ServiceNow platform. * Will focus on ITSM, Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM). * Create overall management strategy and oversee implementation. * Will assure the over all look and feel of a site and create a management strategy for keeping content fresh and up to date. Qualifications: * Must have extensive experience with the use of multiple different tools to determine best approach for site and page creation, operations, management, and maintenance. * Should have up to date knowledge on all current software tools available. * Should have extensive experience in working with customer requirements and creating SharePoint Online sites. * Expert in SharePoint Online, Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent), Office 365 integration. * Business Process Automation (Intermediate)- Basic workflow skills- Data analytics experience (Intermediate/Novice). * Knowledge of solution architecture and system integration (SharePoint Online). * Ability to identify and analyze business processes to be automated. * Ability to design the automation process. * Knowledge of low-level computer languages (web based). * Basic coding skills (any languages). * Testing skills to test automated processes. Education: * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent PLUS 5 Years of experience. * Eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education. Clearance: * The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation. Location: * Remote, USA * Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST) Pay Range: * The pay for this position ranges from $52,730 to $65,500. * The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. * Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.TISTA associates are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits plan!
