Senior Application Developer - C#.net

				Inteqna is working with a client who has a 1 year contract for a Developer/Technical consultant who will be responsible for supporting and making enhancements to the Planning Development application.

Essential Skills:

* Proven experience with: C#, .Net, ASP.Net, XML/XSLT, HTML, Javascript (5 years);
* Proven experience with: SQL server, Oracle, PL/SQL (5 years);
* Proven experience with: TIBCO, SharePoint, Informatica and Business Objects (5 years);
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Strong analytical/problem solving skills;
* Be able to work independently and as a group with minimal supervision; and
* Technical writing experience.

Desired Skills:

* Previous work experience with Municipal, other Government Organizations or equivalent endeavours;
* Using tact, diplomacy and superior customer service skills to deal with challenging and complex customer interactions;
* Identifying unique or recurring customer problems and providing input to management to prevent recurrence;
* Manage, support, and resolve complex vendor and proprietary technical issues; and
* Successfully prioritize and manage multiple requests, projects, and activities typically working under pressure.
