Responsibilities:

Title: Senior Analyst, Physical Access Security (French is an asset)

Pay rate:- $28.00 / hr. to start with incremental increases every 6-12 months based on performance.

Location:- Downtown Toronto

Shifts:-  Monday to Friday, 8 hour day shifts

Bilingual:- Being bilingual is an asset (French and English)

Main Responsibilities:

Join the Physical Access Services team at CIBC, on their mission to create an Enterprise wide, best-in-class physical security program. The Physical Access Services team is focused on both the continuous improvement of the program and the growth of the individuals within the team. 
As a member of the team, you'll contribute directly to the growth of the program. The successful candidate should be self-motivated, an effective communicator who works well in a team environment and someone who actively challenges the status quo.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

* Modify access permissions for existing cardholders, coordinate the provisioning of new or replacement credentials, and manage access requests for visitors/suppliers;
* Administer an enterprise security system through managing the creation and decommission of restricted roles and areas, on-boarding new sites onto the enterprise security system, and maintaining the physical access program;
* Liaise with CIBC and its technology team in relation to the maintenance of facility physical access programs;
* Handle, compile, and distribute physical access reports and sensitive data in a manner that is compliant with CIBC internal data sharing agreements and industry regulations
* Take an active role in the continuous improvement of the physical access services program by identifying potential inefficiencies and implementing improvements to processes;
* Collaborate with team members in developing and maintaining processes based on industry best practice;
* Assuring quality of the work performed by the CIBC Enterprise physical security department by ensuring requests are fulfilled appropriately and within their internal service levels, testing controls, and ensuring reconciliations are scheduled and fulfilled appropriately;
* Stay organized while coordinating access reconciliations to meet internal and industry audit requirements;
* Manage escalations in a timely and professional manner;
* Manage client expectations/concerns through strong communication skills, both verbal and written;

The Ideal Candidate will demonstrate the following skills and characteristics:

* Able to establish and maintain relationships of trust with internal and external clients. Strong customer service skills;
* Ability to interpret and present data in a professional and polished manner. 
* Able to learn new software applications/programs quickly and effectively;
* Focused on continuously improving both the program and yourself;
* Prioritizing and manage own work to ensure quality and efficiency (i.e. meet deadlines; be flexible in adjusting to changing work priorities);
* Participating fully as a member of the team and contributing to a positive work environment;
* Experience performing access card provisioning tasks on an enterprise access control system considered an asset.
* Bilingual - fluent in English and speaking in French is an asset
