				Overview:

Waters Corporation is looking to hire a proactive and experienced Manufacturing IT Systems Analyst to lead and oversee manufacturing IT system upgrades, continuity, security and stability across our Asia manufacturing footprint.

This role is instrumental in minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous production operations, including off-hours support from Singapore for sites in the US and EU. You will also work with our IT and Global Operations Strategy and Operational Excellence teams to help define, architect and build our future digital manufacturing capabilities.

This role will be a critical addition to our Global Manufacturing IT Team and reports to the Sr. IT Director, Manufacturing and Supply Chain

Responsibilities:

* Lead the upgrade and optimization of IT systems across contract manufacturing partners, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with global standards.
* Ensure business continuity by implementing preventive measures, redundancy systems, and efficient incident response protocols to avoid unplanned shutdowns of IT systems.
* Troubleshooting and resolution of Incidents withing manufacturing IT Infrastructure and Applications including the identification, documentation and correction of root cause
* System configuration and administration in compliance with Corporate IT standards
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering) to align IT initiatives with production needs and maintain cybersecurity best practices within the manufacturing environment.
* Monitor and provide off-hours support (during Singapore working hours) to ensure 24/7 coverage and minimize the risk of downtime at US and EU based sites for infrastructure and manufacturing automation systems, e.g. MES.
* Execute IT system testing to support enhancement or upgrades
* Provide technical and application support to other analysts or end-users as appropriate
* Maintenance of support tickets and project tasks in a timely manner in line with the relevant IT policies and procedures
* Maintain the effectiveness of the Quality system via adherence to applicable policies and procedures
* Adhere to Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Education:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience:

* 5+ years of experience in IT systems management in a manufacturing or industrial environment
* Understanding of OT systems, industrial data collection, security considerations and risk management
* Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, industrial automation, and cybersecurity principles.
* Experience in working with business stakeholders and translating requirements into technical solutions
* Experience of working in a GxP Validated environment is desired.
