Responsibilities:
Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive agile technical deliverables by coordinating with key stakeholders, technical teams, and aligning on roadmap strategy.
* Lead program scoping and intake processes to define, prioritize, and manage product features and delivery timelines.
* Oversee project schedules, tracking dependencies and mitigating risks to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
* Facilitate change management and continuously improve execution processes across initiatives.
* Communicate initiative progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
* Actively manage product value, usability, feasibility, and business risk throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
* BA/BS in a technical discipline (information systems, engineering, or computer science)
* 5 years of Program or Project Manager or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira for managing project delivery.
* Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills across distributed teams.
* Demonstrated ability to balance current delivery with future planning amid shifting priorities.
* Effective cross-functional collaborator with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* High initiative, intellectual curiosity, and ownership mindset in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
* Telecommunications experience preferred; ability to anticipate and meet stakeholder needs.
