Responsibilities: * Conduct pre-migration meetings and interviews with staff of to understand acquired companies' accounting policies and processes. * Analyze and resolve differences between accounting practices through GAP analysis and documentation. * Prepare timelines, assist with playbook development, training schedules, and other pre-migration documents. * Assist with ensuring accuracy throughout the automated process. When required, assist with manual data entry. * Work closely with the Integrations Resource Team to complete tasks across departments. * Design and present financial management training for administrative, accounting, billing, and management staff. * Proactively document innovative ideas to enhance integration processes for the Accounting Group. Qualifications: * 5-7 years of General Ledger experience. * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis tools). * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage all organizational levels. * Demonstrated the ability to be empathetic during change management. * Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks. * Effective problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure. * Willingness to travel as needed. * Experience with ERP migrations or system implementations preferred. * CPA or equivalent certification is preferred. * Previous Internal Audit experience preferred. * Exposure to M&A processes preferred. * Willingness to travel as needed.
