				Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Account Manager to join our retail team. You will take ownership of a portfolio of key retail accounts, including some of the most well-known brands in the industry.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a permanent role that begins with managing an established, high-value portfolio from day one, covering a period of maternity leave. Following the successful cover period, you will transition to your own dedicated account base. This position is perfect for a confident and credible professional who can quickly build strong relationships and manage high-value retail partnerships.

Responsibilities:

* Serve as the strategic lead and primary owner for a portfolio of 9-10 tier-2 retail accounts.

* Cultivate and deepen relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.

* Architect and implement comprehensive account plans, incorporating precise forecasting and strategic initiatives to drive mutual growth and identify expansion opportunities.

* Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to orchestrate resources and guarantee the seamless execution of client deliverables and contractual commitments.

* Drive portfolio performance by developing and executing strategies to maximize revenue, secure renewals, and consistently exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or solutions-focused roles.

* Proven track record of managing multiple mid-to-large B2B accounts successfully.

* Experience working with retail clients or in a high-volume strategic account environment is highly desirable.

* Exceptional stakeholder management skills with strong commercial acumen.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
