Overview:
We're looking for a talented sales professional with experience of selling to large customers to join us as an Account Manager to take the lead in some our highest profile customer accounts. Our Account Manager will be responsible for achieving multi-million sales goals within assigned end-user manufacturing accounts, taking ownership of senior levels relationships and leading business development activities to ensure we drive brand preference for Zebra's portfolio of innovative products and services.
Responsibilities:
* Account Management: Achieve sales goals, own senior relationships, and drive business development.
* Sales & Opportunity Development: Actively engage end-users, identify and develop sales opportunities, and drive incremental revenue.
* Relationship Building: Initiate and build relationships with customer and partner decision-makers.
* Solution Selling: Proactively sell innovative, manufacturing, warehouse and supply chain-focused solutions and set brand preference.
* Collaboration: Leverage relationships with other business units and external partners to deliver solutions.
* Customer Service: Develop and maintain relationships with strategic accounts and deliver high levels of customer service.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of applicable work experience
* Demonstrable selling experience in IT; preferably Manufacturing sector
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good listening and presentation skills in both German and English
* An excellent team player ideally with experience in operating successfully in a multinational, matrix organization
* Experience of building business development alignment with both internal teams and external partner channels
* Must be able to effectively coordinate across various groups and functional teams both inside and outside of the business.
* Self-starter who enjoys working in a team to accomplish goals
* Willingness to travel (up to 3 days per week - across Germany)
