Responsibilities:

Senior Account Manager

Contract type: Full-time | Location: Astana, Kazakhstan | Working model: On-site

If yes, we'd love to meet you. As a Senior Account Manager, you'll strengthen SoftwareOne's presence in Kazakhstan by managing and expanding relationships with corporate clients. You'll combine sales expertise, strategic thinking, and genuine curiosity to help organizations unlock the value of their IT investments.

What you'll do

* Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-to-large enterprise clients (250+ seats).
* Identify client needs and provide tailored software and licensing solutions.
* Drive new business opportunities and guide deals from prospecting to closure.
* Deliver expert advice on Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, and other key vendors.
* Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
* Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver optimal solutions.
* Maintain accurate forecasts and reporting while consistently meeting sales goals.

Qualifications:

* Experience in B2B or enterprise sales, ideally in IT software, hardware, or services.
* Knowledge of licensing models and key publishers (Microsoft, VEEAM, VMware, etc.).
* Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
* Proactive, results-driven approach with excellent organizational habits.
* Bachelor's degree (technical background is an advantage).
* Fluent Russian and good English communication skills.
