We are seeking a highly motivated and experience Senior Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft licensing and Cloud Technologies, along with a proven track record of successfully driving business growth through effective sales strategies and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities
Relationship Management - Handling large GSI/IT-ITES in India.
Account manager to demonstrate solution and services selling approach in the account with the strong understanding on the organization offering in the market.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key customers (CXO's and leadership) in the organization and prepare various market strategies to improve growth.
Creating an Account plan and charter the buying center by connecting with different collaborators in the client environment.
Possess good understanding of Microsoft Modern Workplace, licensing, agreements, and programs.
Possess good experience with Hyper scaler includes Microsoft Azure, AWS and GCP.
Manage and analyze customer requirements and develop solutions to sophisticated problems and aid a variety of services including cloud & Other top publishers.
Possess good knowledge and prior experience on cloud and security solutions.
Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while growing existing accounts.
Generate short term results with tactical approach while the long-term perspective must be managed strategically to increase overall revenue generation.
Facilitate and develop various projects to ensure efficient customer delivery for both domestic and international locations.
Qualifications:
* Prior experience in identifying the business problems and working cross-functionally to provide solutions, as well as building relationships with meaningful decision-makers within the current accounts will be crucial to your success.
* Coordinate with operational staff and ensure all work based on customer requirement at multiple sites. Participate in various industry events and conferences and assist to implement all projects effectively and improve growth in sales.
* Be proactive about solving problems even if it's outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
* Analyze and prepare forecasts & QBR and estimates for various selling procedures and craft effective comprehensive sales plans. Develop sales strategies in coordination with product and business development teams.
* Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
* Documents all communication plans and processes and prepare reports to be submitted to senior management.
* Ensure compliance to all management reporting requirements and supervise work according to company policies.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
