Senior Account Manager

Contract type: Full-time | Location: Prague, Czechia | Working model: Hybrid

As an Account Manager at SoftwareOne, you'll be the trusted advisor for your customers, helping them achieve success through digital transformation and cloud adoption. You'll strengthen relationships, identify opportunities, and ensure customers get the most value from our services.

What you'll do

* Drive digital transformation and cloud adoption for your customers while identifying new opportunities for growth.
* Lead negotiations and manage the full sales process, from qualification to close.
* Optimize software spend and ensure customers get maximum value from their solutions.
* Build and maintain trusted relationships through a consultative approach.
* Collaborate with internal teams and support marketing or business initiatives.
* Deliver accurate forecasts and manage customer transactions efficiently.

Qualifications:

* Proven track record in leading complex IT or software sales cycles.
* Deep expertise in cloud solutions, licensing models, and driving digital transformation initiatives at C-level.
* Exceptional relationship management and high-impact negotiation skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
* Strategic, consultative mindset with the ability to design tailored solutions and deliver measurable business outcomes.
* Advanced proficiency in O365, CRM platforms, and leveraging data-driven insights for account growth.
* Language skills: Fluent Czech (C1) and strong English communication.
* Strong knowledge of the Czech IT market.
