Responsibilities:
Allied Universal(r) Technology Services is looking to hire an Applications Engineer. The Senior Applications Engineer is responsible for software-specific support of our installation team to include the integration / interface of multiple disparate software applications into fully functioning solutions. This position will be responsible for all levels of system head-end commissioning, upgrades, and advanced diagnostics to achieve the defined functionality of systems operation. TheSenior Applications Engineer should be capable of utilizing existing SDK's and/or API's to ensure the desired level of integration and should be capable of performing customized integration between software applications.
Pay Range: $100,000/yr-$135k,000/yr
ADVANCED INTEGRATOR CERTIFICATION - CCURE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Capable of advanced integration between disparate electronic security systems
* LAN & network configuration experience includes wireless communication systems
* Perform system diagnostic and troubleshooting duties to ensure a fully functioning system
* Work with Project Managers, End Users and Technician team to provide assistance in regards to the software systems
* Troubleshoot project issues, engage appropriate resources and escalate significant issues to the management team as needed
* Work with the Project Management team to coordinate project and work schedules to ensure project efficiencies
* Work with Operations Manager to schedule and maintain appropriate licensing and software trainings for professional development
* Take the lead in End User Software training
QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Must possess a valid Driver's License with at least one (1) year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), a minimum level of insurance as require by Company policy, and the ability to safely operate a company issued vehicle
* A minimum of seven (7) years of direct experience handling advanced access control and CCTV
* Network configuration and troubleshooting
* In-depth knowledge of industry-leading security system and equipment providers
* Certification with major enterprise level security/access control systems preferred
* Decision-making and problem-solving ability
* Ability to read and understand advanced technical information and documentation
* Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint and Word)
* Skills that foster teamwork, innovation, agility, client relations and achieving desired results
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external customers, while cross-collaborating and utilizing results-oriented problem-solving skills to meet client satisfaction
* Certifications in the following Software platform:

QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT or a related field
* Certifications in the following Software platform:
