Responsibilities:

Position: Security Supervisor - Condominium Guard

Location: Downtown, Toronto

Payrate: $19.00 -$20.00/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Shift: Swing

Overview:

Allied Universal is seeking experienced Security Supervisor to oversee our residential site in Downtown, Toronto. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, willing to work rotational shifts, and able to manage a dynamic security team. If you have  3 years of experience as in residential security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

Requirements:

* Must have 3+ years of Residential Security experience
* Must have Supervisory experience
* Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
* Excellent written and oral communication
* Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
* Valid Ontario G driver's licence is an asset
* Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
* First Aid and CPR
* Must be at least 18 years old.
* High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
* Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

* Perform front desk customer service and handle administrative tasks.
* Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
* Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
* Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
* Support property management with any additional tasks as required.
