As our new Senior Security Advisor Microsoft, you will drive the entire sales cycle for our security services, based on Microsoft technology. You will work closely with sales, presales, and partner teams to position Microsoft security products and our services effectively, addressing customer challenges and ensuring business growth. You will be responsible for growing SoftwareOne's security business by driving opportunities individually and across internal teams. With a consultative approach, you will offer value propositions to drive solid business outcome for partners and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and executing security sales strategies to promote Microsoft security solutions to new and existing customers and partners
* Engaging with C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and technical teams to understand their business needs and align Microsoft Security accordingly
* Building strong relationships and staying updated on Microsoft security offerings, programs, licensing, and market trends to provide informed recommendations to partners
* Assisting in the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and deal closure, achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities
* Collaborating with Microsoft, keep up to speed with technology enhancements and new strategies
Qualifications:
* Sales experience with Microsoft Security Solutions
* Experience in solution selling through a widely adopted sales framework (Miller Heiman, MEDDIC etc.)
* Documented results of high performance with selling solutions to C-level stakeholders
* Completion of Microsoft SC-900, other relevant security certifications is considered an advantage
* Experience working within managed services environment is a plus
* Exposure to non-Microsoft security solutions and technologies is also valued
