Responsibilities:
As a Security Professional- Tech Screener Patrol in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more .
As a Screener in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas. Your presence and attention to detail will contribute to a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and provide exceptional customer service and communication, responding promptly to any situations that arise. This position requires you to meet Allied Universal's driver policy requirements, as you may be responsible for driving as part of your duties. What You'll Do:
* Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
* Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
* Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
* Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
* Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
* Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
* Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
* Monitor entry points and screen individuals entering the premises to help to deter unauthorized access.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, observations, and/or incidents as required by site procedures.
* Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and/or employees while upholding Allied Universal standards.
* Assist with access control procedures and verify credentials as needed for the location.
* Support emergency response protocols and assist first responders as directed.

Minimum Requirements:
* Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
* Must be at least 21 years of age.
* Alarm panel experience is preferred.
* Customer service experience is preferred.
* A valid driver's license is required and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
