As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at retail and mall locations. You will conduct routine patrols throughout the property, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide reassurance to both tenants and visitors. Your responsibilities include monitoring assigned areas, responding to situations as they arise, and offering exceptional customer service through clear and courteous communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.04 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon01:00 PM - 08:30 PMSun01:00 PM - 07:00 PM What You'll Do: * Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites * Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education * Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams * Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service * Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: * Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately during emergency situations. * Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. * Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail and mall location, including the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and to observe for any security-related concerns. * Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and to observe for any suspicious behavior or conditions. * Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual activities according to Allied Universal protocols and site-specific requirements. * Collaborate with other Allied Universal team members and on-site personnel to address security-related concerns and provide assistance as needed. * Assist with access control procedures and visitor management as required by site policies and client expectations.
