Responsibilities:

 As a Security Professional - Residential Patrol in Southern Pines, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more .

In this unarmed patrol position, you will conduct regular patrols throughout the property, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide peace of mind to residents and guests. Your presence and professionalism will contribute to a positive atmosphere, as you respond to inquiries and offer exceptional customer service. This role requires a valid driver's license, as you may be responsible for driving while on patrol. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:
DayTimeSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PMSun07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
 What You'll Do: 

*  Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites 
*  Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education 
*  Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams 
*  Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service 
*  Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise 

Responsibilities:

* Provide customer service to residents and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
* Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential community and its perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
* Observe and report any suspicious activity or potential hazards to help to deter unwanted incidents.
* Communicate professionally with residents, guests, and staff to address concerns and provide assistance as needed.
* Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal management and the client site leadership.

*  Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments 
*  A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company 
*  Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available 

Minimum Requirements:

* Must be at least 21 years of age.
* Customer service experience is preferred.
* CPR certification is preferred.
* Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
* A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
