 As a Security Professional Patrol Manufacturing in Warsaw, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned manufacturing and industrial locations to help create a secure environment. Your presence and routine patrols help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. You will use technology to support your duties and interact with visitors and employees in a professional manner. This post requires driving as part of your responsibilities.  Pay Rate: $15.30 / Hour

What You'll Do:

* Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
* Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
* Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
* Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
* Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

* Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial facility, including the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
* Monitor for unusual activity or security-related concerns within the location and promptly report observations according to site procedures.
* Assist employees, visitors, and contractors by providing directions, information, and support as needed.
* Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols.
* Collaborate with site management and local authorities as directed during emergency or security-related incidents.

What We're Looking For:

* Availability across various days and shifts
* Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
* A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
* Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

* Alarm panel experience is preferred.
* Customer service experience is preferred.
* Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
* Access control or badge experience is preferred.
* A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 plus years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
