Responsibilities:

Job Title: Security Professional - Part Time

Location: Mississauga, ON

Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $18.35 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Wednesday 15:00 - 19:00

OVERVIEW :

We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented Security Professional - Part Time to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

* Continuously oversee alarm systems and CCTV cameras to detect and assess potential security threats.
* Document and report incidents accurately, ensuring all relevant details are captured for future reference and analysis.
* Evaluate situations to determine the level of risk and recommend appropriate responses.
* Maintain clear and professional communication through email correspondence with team members and other stakeholders.
* Manage remote access to secure areas, ensuring that only authorized personnel are allowed entry.
* Conduct routine checks of security systems and equipment to ensure they are functioning correctly and are up to date.
* Act swiftly in emergency situations, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
* Maintain accurate logs of incidents, inspections, and other relevant documentation for compliance and review.

REQUIREMENTS :

* Valid Ontario Security License 
* Valid First Aid and CPR License
* Must be eligible to work in Canada
* High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
* Familiarity with operating technology and wireless communication systems at client-specific sites.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Strong Customer service skills
* Strong oral and written communication skills
