Responsibilities: As a Security Professional - Logistics Unarmed Patrol in Union City, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more . As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in supporting a secure environment within a logistics and distribution location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to all personnel and visitors. You will be expected to communicate clearly and professionally, responding to situations as they arise and assisting with access control. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed01:00 PM - 09:00 PMFri05:00 AM - 01:00 PMSat09:00 PM - 05:00 AMSun01:00 PM - 09:00 PM What You'll Do: * Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites * Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education * Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams * Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service * Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: * Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities. * Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. * Conduct regular and random patrols around the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. * Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry or suspicious behavior. * Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to company and client protocols. * Communicate with Allied Universal management and client representatives regarding security-related matters as needed. * Assist with access control and visitor management procedures as required by site policies. What We're Looking For: * Availability across various days and shifts * Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments * A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company * Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: * Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. * Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. * Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. * A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
