Responsibilities:

 As a Security Professional - Industrial Patrol in Green Valley, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more .

As a valued member of the Allied Universal team, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. In this unarmed patrol position, your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the facility, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to all personnel and visitors. You will be the first point of contact for those on site, responding to inquiries and assisting with any security-related concerns. Pay Rate: $18.63 / Hour

Job Schedule:
DayTimeFri09:00 PM - 05:00 AMSat09:00 PM - 05:00 AMSun09:00 PM - 05:00 AM
 What You'll Do: 

*  Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites 
*  Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education 
*  Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams 
*  Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service 
*  Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise 

Responsibilities:

* Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
* Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
* Observe for any suspicious activity and/or potential hazards during patrols and report findings according to site procedures.
* Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site policies.
* Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

* A Guard Card or license is preferred.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
