Responsibilities:

 As a Security Professional - Hotel Patrol in Bethesda, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts and more . 

 As an unarmed patrol officer at a hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests and staff. Your presence and routine patrols contribute to a sense of comfort and order, while your strong communication and customer service skills support positive interactions. You will be part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, always putting people first and acting with integrity in every situation.

Pay Rate: $23.50 / Hour

Responsibilities:

* Provide customer service to guests and staff by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the hotel or resort environment.
* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter, including guest areas, back-of-house, and parking facilities.
* Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
* Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and helping to deter unauthorized entry.
* Support hotel or resort staff during events or busy periods by maintaining a visible presence and assisting with crowd management as needed.
* Document all incidents, observations, and activities in detailed reports according to site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

* Maryland Security Professional Guard Card required.
* Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
* Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
* Customer service experience is preferred.
* Access control or badge experience is preferred.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
