Responsibilities: As a Security Professional - Healthcare Unarmed Patrol in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more . As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment within a healthcare location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the assigned areas, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to everyone you encounter. You will be a reassuring presence for staff, patients, and visitors, responding promptly to situations and communicating clearly and professionally at all times. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue07:00 AM - 03:00 PMWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PMSun07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: * Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites * Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education * Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams * Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service * Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: * Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location. * Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. * Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues. * Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards to the appropriate personnel. * Assist with access control, visitor management, and monitoring of entrances and exits as required by site protocols. * Work collaboratively with healthcare staff and Allied Universal team members to support a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors. What We're Looking For: * Availability across various days and shifts * Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments * A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company * Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: * Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. * Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. * Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. * A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
