Responsibilities:

 As a Security Professional - Dispatch Patrol in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in supporting security-related operations within a commercial real estate environment. Your responsibilities will include monitoring communications, coordinating responses to incidents, and maintaining detailed records to help to deter potential security-related issues. You will be the central point of contact for both security personnel and building management, providing clear and timely information to support a secure environment. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

 What You'll Do: 

*  Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites 
*  Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education 
*  Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams 
*  Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service 
*  Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise 

Responsibilities:

* Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch security-related personnel and resources as needed throughout the commercial real estate location.
* Receive and document calls for service, incidents, and emergencies, maintaining accurate records and logs.
* Coordinate with on-site security-related staff to relay information and instructions in a timely and clear manner.
* Assist in the implementation of site-specific policies and procedures, adapting to the needs of the location.
* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing support to on-site personnel.
* Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from tenants, visitors, and staff.
* Support Allied Universal management and site leadership with incident reporting and communication tasks as required.

*  Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available 

Minimum Requirements:

* Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
* Must be at least 21 years of age.
* A Guard Card or license is preferred.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
