Responsibilities: As a Security Professional - Aero Patrol in Louisville, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more . As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide a secure environment for all personnel. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, responding to incidents, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.70 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon09:00 AM - 05:00 PMTue09:00 AM - 05:00 PMWed09:00 AM - 05:00 PMThur09:00 AM - 05:00 PMFri09:00 AM - 05:00 PM Responsibilities: * Provide customer service to clients by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed. * Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, particularly in an aerospace and defense location. * Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. * Document and report any security-related incidents or unusual observations according to site protocols. * Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by site policies. * Support emergency response activities and coordinate with site personnel during drills or actual events. Minimum Requirements: * Must have at least 2 years of security experience. * CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. * CPR certification is preferred. * Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. * Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. * Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. * A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
