Responsibilities: As a Security Professional - Cultural Institution in Oatman, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Cultural Institutions and more . As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play an important role in maintaining a secure environment at a cultural institution. Your main responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the location, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to visitors and staff. You will be a key point of contact for anyone needing assistance or information, and your presence will help to foster a welcoming atmosphere. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 11:00 PMTue03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PMSun07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: * Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites * Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education * Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams * Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service * Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: * Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the location. * Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols. * Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. * Monitor entrances, exits, and key areas to help to deter potential security-related concerns and assist with access control as directed. * Report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner. * Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, maintaining clear communication with Allied Universal and site management. * Maintain detailed and accurate logs or reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual observations as required by site procedures. What We're Looking For: * Availability across various days and shifts * Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments * A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company * Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: * A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred. * Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. * Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. * Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. * A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
