Responsibilities: As a Security Professional- Transportation Patrol Rounds in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation and more . As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a major transportation location, you will play a vital role in supporting a secure environment for travelers, staff, and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and assisting with access control procedures. This position may require driving as part of your patrol duties. You will be counted on to deliver exceptional customer service, respond promptly to incidents, and communicate clearly with both the public and your team. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon06:00 AM - 02:00 PMTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWed10:00 PM - 06:00 AMThur02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: * Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites * Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education * Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams * Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service * Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: * Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergencies as appropriate. * Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. * Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the transportation facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities. * Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible presence. * Report any unusual or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel according to established protocols. * Assist visitors and employees with directions and general information related to the location. * Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client representatives to address security-related concerns as they arise. What We're Looking For: * Availability across various days and shifts * Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments * A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company * Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: * Must be at least 21 years of age. * CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. * Access control and badge experience is preferred. * A valid driver's license that meets Allied Universal driver policy requirements is preferred for driving positions. * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. * Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. * Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. * A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
