Responsibilities:

 As a Security Professional - Armed Site - Government Building in Clinton, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more . 

 As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment at a government location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols of assigned areas, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing a reassuring presence for all individuals onsite. In this armed position, you will be entrusted with upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity while responding to incidents and supporting the overall well-being of the community. Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

 What You'll Do: 

*  Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites 
*  Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education 
*  Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams 
*  Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service 
*  Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise 

Responsibilities:

* Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal and location management.
* Provide customer service to all individuals at the location while maintaining a professional presence.
* Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.
* Respond in a calm and problem-solving manner to incidents and critical situations, including emergencies, as required.
* Monitor for and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
* Assist with access control, verifying identification and/or credentials as necessary for entry to restricted areas.
* Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly as part of daily responsibilities.
* Participate in emergency response activities and/or drills as required by Allied Universal or location protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

* Be at least 21 years of age.
* Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
